Are you the chef at an institution such as a hospital, school, or nursing home?  We understand that your needs are special.  You've got a tight budget and possibly a contract with a large restaurant supplier.  But do you have room on your menu for something special?  We can put the pop on your plate, with our own corned beef, sausage, or fresh-ground hamburger.  We also have occasional specials on overstock items that can supplement your established menu.
