Before opening Baretta Provision, Bill raised animals.  He had horses, cows, pigs, chickens...many of which made their way to the dinner table.  We share your commitment to locally-produced food.  We understand the amount of time, care, and work that goes into raising livestock, so we will listen carefully when you tell us how you want it cut, processed, packaged and frozen.  We have refrigerated trucks that can pick up your animals at the slaughterhouse and transport them to our facility for processing and packaging to your exact specifications. We can print a custom label for you--or send us your own--and you'll have a product that is ready to fly off the shelves!
